Learn how to prevent or manage diabetes! Join the Fayette County Diabetes Coalition for a FREE Diabetes Expo 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, April 27, at 1140 Harry Sykes Way (the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension office).

The event will feature more than 25 vendors with cooking demonstrations, Primary Care and Education services, vision screenings, Q&A with experts, free vaccines and much more!

Want to learn about managing diabetes?

Join us 1-3 p.m. May 2 at the Lexington Senior Center, 195 Life Ln. This free class teaches healthy eating, being active, taking medications, finding diabetes resources and more! It’s open to anyone in Kentucky with diabetes or who cares for someone with diabetes. Attendees will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card, and refreshments and giveaways will be provided.
