We will explore recipes from the American Diabetes Association’s Diabetes Food Hub. Use the website to find recipes, create grocery lists, access meal planning articles and sign up for free cooking classes. Our health department has partnered with the Bourbon County Health Department to offer Freedom from Smoking sessions, which is a proven method to stop smoking created by the American Lung Association.
The classes are online and registration is required. New class participants will not be accepted after October 7th. The online classes will be held every Tuesday Sept. 30th – Sept. 4th.
