Learn how to manage diabetes!

Our FREE Healthy Living with Diabetes Class is a four-part series 10 a.m.-12 pm. starting Aug. 8 at the Lexington Public Library’s Tates Creek Branch. This class is open to anyone with diabetes (or pre-diabetes) and will help you develop a plan, including healthy eating and activity, that works for you, as well as provide tips on taking medication and reducing your risks of complications.
