This May, empower yourself with knowledge and skills at our in-person classes focused on healthy living and dining for those with diabetes. Managing diabetes doesn’t have to be overwhelming—join us to discover how you can enjoy delicious meals while taking charge of your health!

We’re thrilled to partner with the Fayette Cooperative Extension Office to offer you expert guidance, tasty recipes, and practical tips tailored for individuals living with diabetes. Our goal is to equip you with the tools you need to make informed choices and enjoy flavorful, nutritious meals.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or looking to deepen your understanding of diabetes management, our classes are designed for everyone. We believe in fostering a supportive community where participants can share experiences, learn from one another, and celebrate progress together.
